Tall Sanctuary Glass Candle

The tall glass candle used for prayer requests and sanctuary lights, poured to burn continuously for about seven days. The glass here is plain and undecorated: most of what is sold in this format carries printed imagery, and a plain one is surprisingly hard to buy. Unscented, single centred wick. The glass gets genuinely hot in a long burn, so it wants a heatproof surface with clearance around it and nothing above it. Sold singly. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and stop the burn if the glass cracks or blackens badly.

Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.

Materials

Refined paraffin wax, cotton wick, soda-lime glass jar. Card sleeve.

Care

Keep the wick centred as it burns down. Do not move the glass while it is lit or the wax is still liquid.

Unopened items can be returned within seven days of delivery. For reasons of hygiene, opened attars, oils, powders and any item with a broken seal cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged.
