Are the attars alcohol-free?
Yes. Our attars are distilled onto a sandalwood oil base and contain no alcohol at any stage, from the still to the bottle.
How long does an attar last on the skin?
Attars are undiluted oils, not sprays, so they stay close to the skin. Most last most of a day on a pulse point. One pass of the roll-on is enough.
Is the silver-finish puja ware real silver?
No. Anything we describe as silver-finish, gold-finish or plated is plated metal, and the product page says so. We do not sell solid silver or gold, and we never describe plated ware as silver.
Why does my brass look different from the photograph?
Most of our brass is left unlacquered, so it starts bright and slowly darkens to a warm patina. That patina is normal and it polishes off with tamarind or a brass cleaner. Hand-hammered and cast pieces also vary slightly from one to the next.
Are natural materials identical to the photographs?
No two will match exactly. Conch shell, rudraksha, tulsi and bodhi seed, wood and stone all vary in size, colour and grain. We photograph a typical piece and pack the closest match we have.
Why is my oil cloudy or solid?
Coconut-based oils turn solid below about 24°C. They clear again in your hand or in a bowl of warm water, and it does not affect the oil.
Do you sell idols or consecrated items?
No. We do not stock murtis or figurative idols, and nothing we sell is described as consecrated or blessed. Our products are tools for your own practice.
Orders and payment
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery is available across India. You pay the delivery person when your parcel arrives.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, you can see your past orders and addresses when you next order.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice comes with every order. If you need your business GSTIN on it, send it to us with your order number before the order is dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, until it is dispatched. Write to us with the order number as soon as you can.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 2 working days from Nadiad, Gujarat. Delivery then takes two to nine working days depending on the pin code. See Shipping & Delivery for the full table.
What does delivery cost?
Free on orders of ₹1,500 and above. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you place the order.How do I track my parcel?
We email you the courier’s name and a tracking reference when your order is dispatched. You can also check the order status on our Track Order page.
Do you deliver outside India?
Not through this website. For international orders, use the export enquiry and we will quote shipping and the paperwork your country needs.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, if it is unopened and in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery. See Returns & Refunds for how.
Can I return an opened attar?
No. For hygiene reasons, opened attars, oils, powders and anything with a broken seal cannot be returned, unless it arrived damaged or wrong.
My item arrived broken. What now?
Photograph the parcel and the item, and contact us the same day. We replace or refund damaged goods in full, including delivery.
How are cash-on-delivery orders refunded?
By UPI or bank transfer to an account you give us, within 7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
Safety and use
Can any of these products be taken internally?
No. Our attars, oils, powders and incense are for external use only. They are not medicines and not food.
Should I patch test an attar or oil?
Yes. Put a small amount on the inside of your forearm and wait 24 hours before using it more widely. Stop using anything that irritates your skin.
How do I use a lamp, charcoal or incense safely?
Use them on a heatproof surface in a ventilated room, away from curtains and out of reach of children and pets. Never leave a flame or hot charcoal unattended, and let burners and lamps cool before you move them.
Is agarwood legal to buy?
Yes, when it is documented. Agarwood is listed under CITES Appendix II, and we hold the sourcing and permit papers for every lot we sell.

Do you supply temples, shops or businesses?
