Cotton Lamp Wicks — Long
Hand-rolled long cotton wicks for oil lamps. Undyed, unbleached, no wax coating.
Long wicks, hand-rolled from undyed and unbleached cotton for use in oil diyas and standing lamps. Nothing is waxed or stiffened, which matters: a coated wick chars and gutters in oil rather than drawing cleanly. The long form is the one used in standing temple lamps and in household lamps that need to hold through an evening, as against the short round batti used for a quick aarti. Supplied loose in a sealed poly bag inside a card box. Bulk counts are packed for temple supply.
Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.
External use only. Not a medicine.
Materials
Undyed unbleached cotton. Poly inner bag, card outer box.
Care
Keep dry and sealed. Cotton takes up damp and a damp wick will not draw oil properly.
