Every order is packed by hand and sent from our dispatch room in Nadiad, Gujarat. Here is what happens after you order, and how long it takes.
From order to doorstep
- You place the orderWe email a confirmation with your order number straight away.
- We pack itWithin 2 working days. Glass, brass and anything fragile is wrapped with card dividers and paper cushioning.
- It goes to the courierWe email you the courier’s name and a tracking reference, where the courier provides one.
- It reaches youIf you chose cash on delivery, you pay the delivery person when the parcel arrives.
Delivery times
Times are counted in working days from dispatch. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.

These are the usual times, not guarantees. Festival periods, weather and courier delays can add a day or two. If your order is for a particular date, write to us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.
What delivery costs
Free on orders of ₹1,500 and above. Below that, the charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. The amount you see on the checkout page is exactly what you pay. Nothing extra is collected at the door.
Cash on delivery
Available everywhere we deliver. Please keep the exact amount ready, because couriers often carry little change. The courier gives you the parcel once you have paid. Please do not open it until you have paid.
How we pack
Attar bottles, glass chimneys, candles and brass are the items that travel badly, so they get the most care. Bottles are sealed and wrapped separately. Brass lamps and thalis are wrapped so they cannot rub against each other. Anything with glass is surrounded by card on every side. We use card and paper, not plastic foam.
Photograph the outside of the parcel before opening it any further, then photograph the item. Contact us the same day with the order number. We replace or refund damaged goods in full, including delivery.
Outside India
This website delivers within India only. For international orders, temples or retailers abroad, use the export enquiry and we will quote you shipping and the paperwork your country needs.
