Amber Resin Tasbih — 99 Bead

Ninety-nine beads with a divider at each third and a long imame at the join, which is the standard Ottoman arrangement for a tasbih and the reason the count can be tracked by touch without looking. The beads are pressed amber-tone resin, turned and polished in Istanbul: they are not fossil amber and we do not sell them as such, but they carry the warmth and the low weight people want from amber at a small fraction of the cost. Strung on braided silk with a tasselled cord. Supplied in a card box with a cotton pouch.

Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.

Care

Keep away from solvent and perfume spray, which will dull the polish. Wipe with a dry cloth.

Unopened items can be returned within seven days of delivery. For reasons of hygiene, opened attars, oils, powders and any item with a broken seal cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged.
