5-Mukhi Rudraksha Mala — 108 Bead
Elaeocarpus ganitrus seeds, five-faced, strung on waxed cotton with a meru bead. Lab report held per lot.
45 in stock
One hundred and eight seeds of Elaeocarpus ganitrus, each with five natural faces, or mukhi, running from crown to base. Five-mukhi is the common form and the one most often used for japa, the counted repetition practised across Hindu and Buddhist traditions; the extra bead at the join is the meru, and the count turns back at it rather than crossing it. Beads are matched for size by hand and knotted onto waxed cotton, so a broken thread costs one bead and not the whole mala. Each lot ships with an X-ray face-count report. Natural variation in colour and grain is expected.
Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.
External use only. Not a medicine.
Materials
Elaeocarpus ganitrus seeds, waxed cotton thread. Card box with a cotton pouch.
Care
Keep dry and out of prolonged sun. Wipe with a dry cloth. Do not soak; water swells the seed and slackens the thread.
