The smallest of the travel sets and the one that actually gets carried. A folded cotton canvas mat that opens to about thirty centimetres square, a shallow tin burner with a sand cup for a charcoal disc or a cone, a small folding brass stand for a stick, and a drawstring pouch for beads. Folded, the whole thing is about the size of a paperback and goes in a jacket pocket. Cut and assembled in Delhi. Supplied empty of anything devotional — no figure, no text, no incense — so it can be set up for whichever practice it is bought for.

Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.

Care

The mat washes cold and line dries. Empty the burner cup when cold and wipe it dry.

Unopened items can be returned within seven days of delivery. For reasons of hygiene, opened attars, oils, powders and any item with a broken seal cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged.
