Bakhoor Tablets — Rose Oud

Bakhoor is agarwood powder bound with resin and oil and pressed into tablets, and this one carries rose through it. Half a tablet on a charcoal disc, or on the plate of an electric burner, is enough for an ordinary room — a whole one is generous. The smoke is dense and sweet at first and settles into the wood note as the tablet works through. Traditionally passed through clothes and hair before guests arrive. Supplied in a lidded tin. Keep away from children and open flame.

Apply a small amount to the pulse points — wrist, neck or behind the ear. Attars are undiluted, so one pass of the roll-on is enough; the scent opens over the first twenty minutes and settles close to the skin. For burners and incense, use in a ventilated room on a heatproof surface and never leave anything lit unattended.

Care

Burn over indirect heat in a ventilated room. Let the burner cool fully before moving it.
