Export

We ship trade consignments out of Delhi to the Gulf, Southeast Asia, the UK, the EU, North America and Australia. Retail orders are handled on the Shipping & Delivery page; this one is for consignments.

Documentation on every consignment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list, with HSN codes against every line.
  • Certificate of origin where the destination requires one.
  • CITES Appendix II paperwork for agarwood — oud oil, agarwood chips and agarwood dhoop.
  • Peruvian forestry permit reference for palo santo lots.
  • Grower record for cultivated white sage.
  • Licensed fishery collection record for conch.
  • Karnataka depot record for sandalwood.

Restrictions worth checking before you order

These are the ones that actually stop consignments, and they are the buyer’s to clear at their end:

  • Agarwood is CITES-listed. Several destinations require an import permit as well as our export paperwork.
  • Untreated plant and seed material — rudraksha, tulsi, bodhi seed, sage, palo santo — is subject to phytosanitary rules. Australia, New Zealand and the United States are the strict ones.
  • Conch shell is restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions regardless of licensing at origin.
  • Candles and resins ship as general cargo by sea. Air freight classifies some wax and resin lines differently, so tell us the mode at enquiry.

Freight

Sea LCL and FCL out of Mundra or Nhava Sheva, air out of Delhi. Ex-works, FOB or CIF. Brass and steel go by sea unless there is a festival deadline behind it, because the weight makes air freight cost more than the goods.

Lead times

Three to four weeks for stocked lines, six to eight for private label or anything needing fresh CITES paperwork. Add four weeks across the Diwali run.
